Awesome little store with a great mix of higher end commercial and indie dyers. Some things you can't really find anywhere else too. Owner is bright and cheerful and happy to find what you're looking for! Whether your a local or just visiting Midland, make sure to check them out.

Lovely atmosphere and great selection. I like how everything is clearly labeled with visible signs so there is no need to pick something up to read the label and mess up the display.

Cutest yarn store with the most amazing selection of DMC thread! Can’t wait to return to stock up on supplies for my next project! The staff were also so kind and the store itself is gorgeous - would highly recommend!

Lovely, well-stocked yarn store. I went in for one thing and came out with a wee bit more. The shop stocks tried and true brands (Berocco, Rowan, Sirdar) and also some indie dyed yarns. There is a fabulous selection of ChiaoGoo needles and many other knitter and crocheter notions. The shop is aesthetically pleasing and nicely organized. The samples on display were inspirational. I do not live locally but I will definitely return to this shop.

I went here to pick up something for my wife. She just started getting into knitting (Which this place being the only place willing to teach her) and wanted some more supplies. It was a very fresh looking store and very welcoming, the staff was super helpful and friendly. I didn’t get that feeling similar to being a girl in Comic Book shop. The prices are great I know I can find things cheaper online but I like to shop locally. So out of curiosity I looked up the price of what I bought online and it was about more expensive online than it was in store. I would recommend this place to anyone that trying to get into knitting.

I am a total newbie and of course made a mistake that I didn't know how to fix. I dropped into the store and Michelle fixed my mistake, told me what I had done so I didn't repeat it. I has not purchased any of my supplies from TWIST and she was very gracious in her help. If and when I finish this sweater I will definitely be in to buy my yarn.

Walked in, looked at some yarn. The person in there said hi to me once, and then turned their back to me. No other greeting or questions after that. Not the greatest customer service. I walked out shortly after that, and likely will buy my knitting supplies elsewhere.
