J F Auto Towing

Beware! Do not use these guys. They are third party and will take your money and the just try to contract out your tow to another company anyway and keep the difference in fee. Sat on the side of the road for two hours before they finally called and told me they couldn't tow me. Called another place and that place let me know they had been contacted by these guys looking to sell the contract. JF didn't like the price so rather than getting me a tow then turned down the offer ND just let me sit on the side of the road. Terrible company and service. They're a joke.

Terrible service. Got a quote and an invoice, paid the bill, was given a 90 minute wait time. After 2 hours found out their truck broke down and they were not coming. And to send a replacement wanted to charge an additional $150, on top of the $243 already paid to get towed 4km. Called Keegz towing down town, he showed up in 15 minute and did the whole thing for a fraction of the cost.

This is worst towing company you can imagine. They dont know what they are doing, Receptionist don't know anything what she is asking or doing. Rude behavior

Absolutely clueless people.Horrible! Horrible! Service. Over the course of 6 hours of going back and forth with these guys noone knows whats going on. You guys read off of scripts?They always tell you 60-90 minutes someone will leave and come get you, every 60-90 minutes. Just be honest, we dont have anyone avaible today to get you instead of wasting my entire day. All the other companies i spoke to were honest about it. Thats why i have been stuck on the side of the hwy for 22hrs. You literally wasted my time just to try and get my service700 dollars to get towed grandforks to castlegar. I am getting towed back to kelowna for 800 and they are actually on their way.I highly recommend anyone to use these guys as your last resort.

Best Tow service I have ever used The young man who showed up ( I think his name was Jeff?) was great he was very understanding of my situation and worked with. His truck was also very clean and well cared for. Thank you I will be using you again!

Will never call them again. The lady I talked to seemed very rude. Very short with me. And although it was early in the morning. I was told to simply call another company. As they had no driver's available. Thanks guys, good to know this is how they treat out of towners. All for literally a 5min unlock.. my mistake.. but still didn't need the horrible service to top it all off. Glad my money wasn t wasted on them.

My daughter got stuck in a snowbank yesterday, and the staff at JF Towing was very professional, helpful, and patient throughout the process!

The driver was very good at communication. As promised, pick and drop-off times were on point. Would highly recommend it for future services. I used J F Auto Towing towing company twice and they were quick and affordable both times! Definitely recommend them!!!
