Drove by and wanted to go in to see if I could have something made, however they are only open Monday toFriday and they close early. I’m amazed they’re still in business. Langley has stores open on the weekend thankfully.

Terrible service and attitude. My daughter and I came in Saturday, November 28th and were looking for an L.E.D. strip for under the bed. My daughter asked politely, and the guy behind the counter was super rude. It really reminded me of the scene with the rude shopkeeper from pretty woman. He basically explained that his products were too high end for us and we should move along.

We have been looking for a driver small enough to fit underneath our kitchen sink cabinet for months. Nobody has had one that was thin enough to fit under the finish panel. We drove past this place today and decided to stop in and see if they had one or would know of a place to get one. We dealt with Cliff regarding the power supply. We were very surprised and happy to find that Cliff actually had one that would fit. Not only did he have one that fit but the price was AMAZING!! We had found many drivers at other stores that were just slightly to thick. They were over twice the price of the one Cliff sold us. We also ended up buying under cabinet LED lights from Cliff as well. The price on them was over half of the price at Lowes. Not only did Cliff sell us the stuff but he also literally walked us through how to install and connect the driver and lights. EXCELLENT customer service from Cliff. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for LED lighting of any kind. They have a ton of in stock and on display LED lighting of different shapes/sizes etc. Keep up the GREAT WORK Cliff!! Awesome quality and great service. The staff is very knowledgeable and the wholesale pricing is way better than other electrical firms. Definitely not the kind of stuff for a kids room, but looks amazing on my computer desk!

Awesome service and products. Been using them for about 4 years now and have always helped us out no matter what. Always solved whatever project we needed, new or upgrades.

Very poor customer service. Don’t come here if your not a contractor. Came in looking for a roll of LED’s and connectors for a project. Guy at the counter seemed very irritated that i didn’t know the exact specs and dimensions for the strip I wanted.Tried to explain what I wanted and he just goes on about how they do %90 contractor sales and their customers always know exactly how much they want and need and how they do all the wiring in the store and how their product is so great and how they only want projects that they wire themselves and on and on.Their tone was very condescending and didn’t seem like they wanted anyone outside of contractors to buy which is fine but I don’t know why you have a storefront for walk-in customers at all then. Guess I’ll “try Walmart” like the guy suggested.

Really good high quality products, the younger guy that works there is super nice and educational. Older guy doesn't like to help you, unless you know exactly what you need. Not good for homeowners just trying to do projects.

Jeremy helped me out with a replacement puck light. I installed it and It turned out to be the wrong temp. Its was 5000k and needed to be 6000k. (See pics below). Jeremy said he would help me make it right, I went back to the store with the light and he confirmed mine was a 6000k, but they didn't have that style. He tested my old light and confirmed it was the Cree bulb that had failed. Jeremy said he had a 6000k led and that he could fix my old light, he replace the led and controller and kapok... it's back in service...Thank you Jeremy for going above the norm.I will be back and tell others about the shop.

Terrible customer service. Like another review I asked if they had led light connectors and the loser didn’t bother to look. Asked if I bought the “garbage” online. Apparently anything sold online doesn’t follow any standards or regulations. Like they’re led lights not pharmaceutical drugs. Guys are just mad guys are selling the same thing way cheaper online. Don’t bother going to these guys if you buy online or at all in my opinion.
