Love living here!

I live here.. overall good place. Extremely convenient for all amenities and supermarkets. 2mins walk to the skytrain. Best location to be. 5mins walk to Walmart which is now hoarded with homeless folk!

Elevators are slow for a 36 floor building and the major let down is the elevators are always down and expect a 10-15 mins waiting time during busy hours...

It was the last time I'll be there, but it was an amazing night and afternoon. I love that building, its modern and clean and quiet and they're not too strict. I love that building.

Very convenient if you take skytrain. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. I think this location is better than Surrey Central if you consider to purchase a condo.In Surrey Central area, there are more homeless people than King George station area. There is a smal park nearby, visitor parking is plenty. They even have underground visitor parking.Overall its good, there will be more condos built I guess in the next 3 years.Last but not least, the views on 35th floor us gorgeous. Breath-taking view.

Owned here since 2018 , finally sold .Concierge is helpful . Elevators have issues from time to time. It was a major issue 2 years ago but we switched companies and elevators are pretty good now .For some reason , this building sells for a lower square footage then other places . Yes it is a 2011 building but it’s built by concord pacific so I thought it would hold better value .The biggest issue with this dam building is the strata deductible . It’s at $250, 000 for water . I paid $2100 last year just for condo insurance . I think that scares people off because a lot of insurance companies only sell up to 100k.Overall I would recommend people to rent here for sure but maybe not buy. Area is safe, convenient and there's a mix of families and singles living here

Great apartments, convenient location in the heart of Surrey

The view and apartment is good, but the concierge sucks never bother about any complaints and they just claim to be on site 24/7. But when you want them no one is on the desk. And have so many ridiculous rules of the building. Wont give you feeling of freedom on your stay in that buildings.

Too many rules can't book 2 events on same time ,bowling alley been broken for 2 months and closed for covid for 6 months ,new tower belongs too concord will have swimming pool but people living in tower 1&2&3 cannot use same company ,concierge is good somedays but they have rules also so not there fault ,smoke smell in my unit from someone smoking on balcony ,people don't listen too the rules !!
