I do happen to know someone who works in the customer service department so I can give a little insider information here - and I will stick to facts not opinions for this reason also.I can say that, first off they may possibly have the largest collection of screws, fasteners, bolts and everything else that keeps machines running - IN STOCK - which is truly amazing if you can wrap your head around the level of complexity involved in warehousing and tracking such a massive inventory of parts that anything but 'one size fits all'. Next I can say they put a serious effort into having a team of real people, hired right here in the community, that you can call up and their job is to get that" part to you

Good service. I had a bolt I needed a nut for, and they measured and gave me a nut for free - two actually, super kind. But that may be because they felt sorry for me because my bolt wouldn't thread. They don't offer tap-rethreading service, apparently.

Fast, friendly service. Incredible selection, and yet I am always startled at how little they charge. No matter what type of fastener I've needed, they've always had it!Forget Amazon. Forget China. Go here!

Never going to Fastenal again now that I know about Spaenaur. I needed two pieces of hard-to-find hardware that Fastenal didn't have in stock. The Spaenaur folks not only had them but they gave them to me for free (it was like 8 cents of parts, but having them in stock is priceless!) I'll definitely be back to actually buy stuff from y'all!

AMAZING customer service by their representative J.O. He was so patient, kind, professional, detailed, and prompt. Will be telling everyone about this and I'm very impressed with his ABOVE AVERAGE customer service. Rare these days!

Spaenaur parts are used in the devices my company makes but because we buy the parts through a distributer, they won't provide a RoHS certificate. We will now have to send out their parts for testing. It would be really nice if they provided RoHS certificates on their website for their parts. If you need RoHS certification for what you are building, I suggest you go to a more helpful manufacturer.

After spending an entire Saturday morning trying various places to find replacement screws for my project, i was referred to Spanneur, in and out in 20min and had everything i needed, so grateful and relieved. Thanks for the huge assist today

Great and incredibly fast service. Always keen and looking to help. They stock a huge inventory and wide variety of fasteners. Called them in an emergency looking for a very specific type of bolt and they had it in stock. They were even kind enough to send someone to store and arrange a curbside pickup. Highly recommended!!
