Siwash Lake Wilderness Resort

What an amazing experience. I recently spend the weekend here with my wife and her family and it was not long enough. The location is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The food could not have been better and the staff were so great and friendly making you feel right at home. With all the onsite activities like horseback riding, fishing, archery, shooting and more, it made for a jam packed weekend. I would love to go again and highly recommend staying at least 4 days to really be able to experience everything they have to offer.

I did a girls weekend a couple weekends ago. Absolutely Spectacular place. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Amazing experience. Will definitely be back!

Siwash is one of the most beautiful resorts I have personally had the chance of visiting. The newly built Star Camp accommodations are stunning and you get lost gazing at all the stars late into the night.Although the scenery and the accommodations are great what makes Siwash special is the family that owns and operates it. They make you feel at home and make sure that each new day you experience something amazing.

We visited Siwash for a family trip including 3 generations and it is safe to say that everyone had the trip of their lives. The resort was devastated by wildfires a few years but has been built back to be the most unique places we have been. The serenity and beauty of the property is unmatched, the forests are full of life as they regenerate. We fished, rode horses, shot clay pigeons, hiked, floated down the rivers, did archery, ate and drank to our heats content. No details were overlooked from the 5 star riverside picnic to the home baked birthday cake they truly looked after every detail. The hillside starcamp with wood fired hot tub was a highlight for all, kids stayed up late watching the stars and drinking hot chocolate. Allyson, Marshall, Jana and team took the absolute best care of us and truly made it an unforgettable vacation.

This was a trip of a lifetime. Siwash Lake is such a special experience for those that love riding, the outdoors, amazing food, and world class service. It is a beautiful luxury ranch that our whole family enjoyed for the week.

This place is absolutely amazing! I recently had the opportunity to spend a weekend here and it was magical. The accommodations and grounds are stunning and the employees are so kind and friendly. Visiting Siwash should be on everyone's bucket list for travel!

Had a wonderful stay at this secret hideaway. My kids loved the horses and dogs. We got to ride the horses a couple times, fly fish, tube in a river and much more if you wanted to. The food was excellent. Marshall and Jess, your team is awesome. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. My family and I have never been treated so well. Thanks for everything. We sure hope to be back.

Incredible and such warm hosts. 5 star food and service. An amazing location and one of the few that offer this caliber of service in a landscape that was completely burned 4 years ago. Now the regeneration of nature is a staggering example of natural beauty and resilience.

Amazing. Starting with the highlight-Star Camp is spectacular. Your own private getaway in an already amazing resort. We had four of us in the two tents. Not your normal tents, these two are a fine hotel room under canvas with a view to the starry skies. From sitting at the campfire, roasting marshmallows and 'smores for all, to the wood fired hot-tub (always wanted one of these at home) all under a vast starry sky, it is all an unbeatable experience. Then when climbing into the wonderful bed, lying back and settling in for the night, a glass roof above your head while you drift off. While lying back, comfortable, to look up at the sky it is truly like floating in space. Incredible.As others have said, every small item has been thought through. Stargazing binoculars to add another dimension of wow to the stars, and when it starts to get light in the morning, before you're ready, a mask to let me linger.The setting of the ranch is like nowhere else, away from all distractions, but with lots to do. I could have spent much more time there.Yes, a fire has passed through, but it is amazing the resilience of the land, how green it is, and how much recovery has already taken place. It is a type of beauty I have never seen before and provided photo ops at every turn.We are not particularly experienced riders so the knowledgeable calm with which the instruction and actual ride was conducted gave us the confidence to focus on enjoying the ride without worry. Wonderful horse selection for each of us.All the activities are excellent, and then you start to anticipate your next meal, knowing it will be something special, because it always was.I could go on and on, but will leave it here knowing I will think back often on the experience and cannot wait to share the adventure with friends and then plan for the next time we visit.
