Cabot Beach Provincial Park
We decided to stop by this beach based on a suggestion. When we come back to PEI this will definitely be the beach we spend the majority of our time at. The large sand bars and warm water make this beach extremely enjoyable. There is anabundance of animals including crabs, hermit crabs, and lobsters that can be spotted easily in the shallows of the beach. My boys were in awe!

stayed here in June during a week night, we were one of the only campers because of the rainy forecast. Staff were friendly, washrooms were clean, and the campsites were well maintained. They even had wifi, we didn't use it, but was great to have just in case. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit the island

Beautiful and clean beach. Love it especially at low tide (lots of cool sand bars and smaller pools of water). Life guarded. Lots of parking.

Wow. This beach is breathtaking. Warm water. Lots of sand. Perfect. Campsite was a basic campsite. Semi private? I think they called it. Nice fire pit area. Very windy though. Yes I understand on an island. Open field etc… but that’s really my only complaint here.We were close to both shower/washrooms. Showers were free. Decent enough. I also left my shampoo and brand new Irish spring body wash in one so… you’re welcome. I very much could spend a full vacation here. Gorgeous. Now? Some pics enjoy…

Beautiful beach on the North shore of Prince Edward Island. Clean and well kept. Excellent facilities on site for washrooms, showers, picnic area, etc. Nice little playground for children. Beach itself is great for walking. There is also a provincial campground attached if you like to camp.

This is a beautiful provincial park. Lots of sites. Lots of green space, playground for the kids, but the best is the beach! We’ll be back again to spend more time here!!!

Hidden gem on the north shores of PEI! This beautiful and secluded sandy beach is what is so iconic about PEI! Without any rocks, we were at to wade out into the ocean a 100-200 meters from shore thanks to the sandbars, shallow slope, and drastically different high/low tides. The beach is also accessible with the use of a beach ramp, and contains an accessible beach wheelchair when the lifeguards are on duty. It's a place to rest, play, and recharge. Very clean washrooms and a small playground are near the parking lot.

Peaceful. If you're looking 6o get out into the wide open, this is your spot. Lots of beach frontage. Dunes, cliffs. Walking trails through the woods. Accessible in the winter as well. Great spot for snowshoeing in the winter. Camping here is really nice in the summers as well. It is considered the 'North Shore' so these waters will be a bit cooler than the South Shore. 10/10 would recommend. Any time of year.

Camped for a week and a half. Wendy and the staff were amazing! The beach, wide and vast and never busy ❤❤❤❤❤ Also, they had a cool accessibility buggy for those challenged but wanting to reclaim their days at the ⛱

Beautiful park. Great place to see island. Beautiful walking / hiking trails with look out to see the red cliffs of PEI. Can watch fishing boats come and go. Pretty beach to walk and play on. Swimming is good (but is know for its currents and undertoes). Has bathrooms that are very clean. Have a nice play park area with a few picnic tables and benches. There is a nice size gazebo and open green area. Photos below are when the tide was super low. This is one of our favourite places to go when we are in PEI.
