Called in to get pricing for concrete. Guy on the phone asked if I have an account. I said no and he said they are only taking on large jobs. It must be nice to have that luxury to turn people away like that however, he could have at least asked who I am or what I need. He could have got a little more information and now I will need to find someone else to pour 20,000 square feet of concrete for our facility.

I was driving behind one of the trucks today and cement was pouring out of the drum slowly making a mess of people's vehicles and I noticed rocks all over the right fender falling off plus the truck looked like a rusted piece of junk that shouldn't even be on the road..
