Bikini Village Oshawa Centre

My wife loves5 the wide selection of bikinis. We just recently returned and the staff was super helpful with positive suggestions and fitament notations

The customer service was amazing! I haven't been bathing suit shopping in years and the person helping me made shopping a breeze. She brought suits to the room that she thought I might like and swapped out styles I didn't. She really went above and beyond to make sure I found a style I not only liked but felt comfortable in.

**BUYER BEWARE**I purchased two one pieces at this location on January 22, 2023 and a cover up. I went to the store, February 6 to return the bathing suits and was informed that one pieces and bathing suit bottoms are final sale due to hygienic reasons. NOT communicated at time of purchase otherwise I would have not bought as I was unsure. I reached out to customer service and received a like response. Important to note that if you purchase online you have 30 days to return AND also important to note if you purchase a bathing suit with LA VIE EN ROSE which owns Bikini Village they have the same policy. Apparently hygiene is NOT a factor when you buy online....pretty contradictory policies wouldn't you agree. Funny how Victoria Secrets or La Senza can return bottoms...Signed very dissatisfied consumer...

The bathing suits where too crammed in this small store. Not a lot of choice for a one piece

I've never felt so compelled to leave a Google review for a business until today.Alice helped me choose multiple suits (even some I never would have thought of on my own!) and was so patient with me when I said I liked this, or sorry, don't like that - she never ran out of recommendations of things to try.The other staff also engaged with me and were super friendly, not just towards me, but to each other. Such a wonderful vibe! I love seeing a group of genuine people who enjoy their colleagues, what they're doing, while contributing to the outward and inward well-being of their customers.All around good vibe, amazing customer service, and an uplifting, empowering experience - one that I'll not soon forget. First time I visited this location was in February 2018. The employee who was working there at the time made some excellent suggestions and was very knowledgeable. I'm comparing her to the owner of a store in the Pickering Town Centre who was not at all helpful and did not spend any time helping me. The quality of the attire here is amazing. I will definitely return to make any future purchases and will recommend it to all my friends & family.

I have to say that my experience at this store was incredible. I was in and out for about 3 weeks debating on suits because the selection is great! So hard to commit!! Every time the girls were absolutely fantastic. They made me feel comfortable, gave me their time and I never felt rushed. I left with 2 incredible suits in which I feel confident in and sent my husband there to pick up his swimwear based on the service I received. Jen and Chole were so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend, and will continue to purchase suits from here!

When I went to the store I was a bit apprehensive of Trying swimsuits ... But the sales associate Christy helped me feel comfortable and cute in some of their suggestions and I left as a happy customer.

Horrible experience. We were at this location where the city of Oshawa, the actual bylaw and the whole mall abide by the medical exemption for masks. We were told they were at capacity so we had to wait. My boyfriend had his mask around his neck, i did not have one visible. After about 15 minutes of having the store rep stare at us she said we could come in but then said i needed a mask. When I advised that i have a medical condition she still refused. I asked her why she didn't tell us before as we had been in multiple stores already with no issues, she said she thought I had a mask in my hand....my hands were empty and she was starting at me for 15 mins. Abysmal service. I won't be patronizing any bikini village again. I don't support businesses that discriminate against persons with disabilities.
