The rudest and most impolite server I ever met. I ordered shrimp, asked me to change to beef, then charged me for higher price, came out as artificial beef. Then said “You cannot read ,right?” Refused to give me the $1.2 difference. Food is so salty. Rice is very hard to chew. Bad experience!!!

I was treated to a $10 gift card when spending 20 bucks or more so opted for a Friday Thai Express which admittingly is pretty yummy compared to other fast food takeout or mall options from my experience.I normally always have a go to of their Pad See Ew ผัดซีอิ๊ว, but this time opted foe the Basil Shrimp on Cauliflower Rice and a Shrimp Thai my Salad which I was pleasantly surprised at the diversity of vegan and gluten free options added to their menu. The flavor was OK at first, but then extremely sweet and both dishes were a huge mop job, a lot of excess oil which didn't taste good and didn't leave my stomach feeling too great. The Cauliflower Rice was also badly undercooked and extremely overly crunchy.Even with the offer, I felt ripped off and didn't feel the value for money here. I'm pretty disappointed and will most likely avoid in the near future.

I ordered Pad Thai with chicken. Have to say the flavour was really good, and it was filling, but the problem is that it was basically just noodles with very little else. Barely any chicken or vegetables. So even though it tasted good I probably won't come back.

Food was actually pretty good - peanut sauce had a strong flavour which seems to be uncommon for fast food Thai places like this, and vegetables also had a good taste. Tofu was had nice texture but I would have liked a stronger flavour. Service however was not great - I was the only person there and I had to wait at the register for a while staff chatted with a friend who wasn't even a customer.

Burnt egg hidden and buried under the pad thai. Low rating mostly because of poor customer service. Mistakes can happen (burnt egg) which is ok but one particular staff was very rude and that is not ok.

Quick service and their new Thai iced tea is so good! I thought the “medium spicy” wasn’t spicy enough and the pad thai was a bit too sweet. Overall good quick fast food

Disappointed! I ordered the feature item Thairacha (spicy pad-sew) and what I got is the thairacha with rice, totally not what I expected. One staff said they will changes it back but there will be price difference, I’m totally fine with that.Another staff came and told me they sold out of the thairacha sauce and because I already ordered ?!?!Well…. I never seen any kind of customer services like this before in Canada.And now I’m eating the order that I don’t like because the staff mean they don’t wanna to take responsible for it…
