Was waiting for the package for the whole day and the tracking says no access? It's a townhouse without gate! Surveillance footage shows no delivery was attempted. So your driver is lying.

By far the worst “courier” company around right now. This week alone, I’ve had deliveries allegedly made to a closed, locked office building after hours and signed for by me. When questioned, customer service gets snippy and says they’ll get back to you yet don’t and won’t take any contact information. Lo and behold, despite package already being delivered, it miraculously appears the next day. Alleges delivery attempts made to a residential area and nowhere to safely leave package when no attempts actually made and multiple safe locations available Drivers lie and the customer service is abysmal; they have one form email they trot our for every inquiry. Had countless issues with the this holiday season and as a result I won’t order from any company that uses them. Hands down, the worst.

I was hoping the other reviews would not be true for me, but unfortunately they are very accurate. I have been waiting for a shipment for a week, they tried" to deliver at 9:33 pm over a week ago and have not tried again since. When I inquire about the shipment all I receive is generic responses. I have asked multiple times to just be able to come pick up the shipment

The courier driver did not follow his updated delivery instructions with the updated delivery address and went to the address listed on the package - if you don't know how to do your courier correctly (following your app with the current and accurate delivery instructions) then you shouldn't be a courier driver. I have had issues in the past with TForce delivery - never get my packages delivered on time due to untrained and/or irresponsible courier delivery drivers. Poor service.**my response to the comment left by the owner**- clearly this is the type of service one can expect/anticipate when it comes to your courier service - look at your reviews - they are reflective of your courier issues/customer service. Period. Do better!

Terrible delivery service I have ever come across, they will not give you any transparency about the parcel I have been waiting for the whole day but no one showed up and customer service will not give you any exact day and will say like wait for 24-48 hours more... It's so frustrating

So they were the final mile carrier for my DHL package. Their driver got stuck in a snowstorm on the first attempt, which I can understand. On their second attempt they said they could not access the address when it’s clearly marked, has no gate, and driveway is cleared. Furthermore I know the driver was outright lying because of video surveillance on the property. I can see why Amazon shifted to their own delivery after issues with this companies drivers. Very unprofessional all around. Tracking TF1000001990489So update to this review, they’ve tried to deliver the package 2 more times, with both drivers “breaking down” prior to delivering. So that makes 4 total attempts to deliver over a week with 3 breakdowns and 1 where they didn’t even try finding the place. I don’t know how much they’ve spent in resources trying to deliver, but if this is how they do business, must be losing money hand over fist. Let’s see if the Saga continues into week 2 of how poorly maintained are their drivers vehicles?!

Having a hard time trying to contact someone regarding my parcel. The status update says, Attempt-unsafe to release? Not sure what that’s all about. Looking to track down my package.

Horrible company. Tforce stands for Thief-force! Home all day waiting for the package to be delivered. It said Out for delivery. Was surprised the status was changed at 7:46PM and received a text message from Sephora (where I ordered from) that my package was delivered. Nothing was delivered! Not even a shadow of the delivery person was seen anywhere near my address! Tried calling the customer service immediately which is supposed to be available until 9:00pm only to hear a recorded message saying that they're already closed. Tforce! I need my package! Where and who did you deliver it to????
