Great structured workouts for all levels from beginner to expert. The coaches are very friendly and very motivating with lots of knowledge in injury prevention and movement. They helped me get back into shape during these hard and difficult times.

The guys at Part Time Athletes are professional, friendly and truly knowledgeable. The workouts are affordable and have really been pushing me. Every workout is fun and exciting and they take interest in my personal goals. They’re always ready to assist with form, but careful of overstepping boundaries. It’s only been a few months but I feel really happy with my progress!

Well rounded group of Fitness professionals who provide intense and exciting boot camps consisting of HIIT, bodyweight and weight training workouts . Very engaging and personable individuals. I went to a couple of workouts and I absolutely loved it, they’ve even hosted Charity events to raise awareness for ongoing calamities happening around the world. They provide one-on-one personal training sessions as well. Keep it up boys! Can’t wait to attend more sessions #PartTimeAthletes

I joined in on a few of the instagram live workouts and it was fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this group. All of the trainers are motivated, experienced and supportive.

Amazing experience! I’ve worked with a lot of trainers and they are the best in the business. They give us great workouts but more importantly, they teach us the basics and why it’s important to do these workouts. Most people just work you out without teaching you, but they teach us the movements and etc. I’m happy to workout with these guys, I’ve seen differences not just physically but also mentally.
