Wonder Pens

Went to Toronto to make this a destination! Staff is fantastic and helpful. Bought notepads, pencils, stickers and ink. Also a new Sailor pen came home with me! I just love it here and wish I lived closer! I buy online from them but just the atmosphere here is so good!

Shawn was so helpful, patient and kind! I was new to fountain pens and he eases me trying out different nibs and grips for a comprehensive hands on experience. I’m grateful!

Lovely locally-owned small business with huge and comprehensive selection. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is delightful. I love that they occasionally run letter-writing workshops. The staff will help you make decisions if you have any uncertainties. Will go back for my future stationery needs. There are options at every price point.

Quick delivery, along with amazing service. I am buying all the way from BC, and I added a note asking if they could wrap it nicely since it was a gift - and I said it was fine if they couldn't. They went above and beyond, and wrapped it very nicely with multiple layers, including washi tape. Very nice touch. They are a solid place to buy from both price and service! I recommend!

Such a fun store for those that are into pens, inks and stationary. I really love the relaxed energy and calmness that envelopes you when you enter the space. The staff are very friendly and are big pen nerds. They will patiently answer your questions and help you find the perfect pen and ink based on your needs. They have a large selection of products and I have yet to find any other similar store in Canada that comes close to offering the same shopping experience. Also, their online store is top notch and is very well organized. Products are shipped with a lot of care and are really well wrapped.Check it out if you haven't been and good luck with your new pen addiction.

I love this place!! I don't remember the name of the guy that was working there when I was there, but he was super friendly and helpful! I loved getting my traveler's co stamp too : )A must visit place for any stationary lover in Toronto!

Love, love, love this place! Bought an expensive pen online and was a bit worried about buying without trying but the staff was very helpful, tried the pen for me and sent back to the company when it was not OK. They spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. Wonderful staff!!!!

Wonder Pens is my go to stationary store in Toronto. The selection is brilliant, but more than that, their staff are the real reason for their review. Everyone I have dealt with there has been beyond exceptional! From their customer service to in-depth knowledge I have never left the store without a smile! Pen to paper, they’ve got you!

I love this store so much! The people are super friendly and love to talk about fountain pens, stationery, and inks. Their shop is super cute and filled with incredible goods. Whenever I make it into the city, I always make time to stop in for a visit.

Stationary shopping is my happy place. But Wonder Pens marred that experience today. The tall sales lady showed me one pen at my request, then before I had the chance to ask questions, another very extroverted couple butted in, started chatting with the sales lady. They didn't even need help with anything. They just casually chatted for 15 minutes while I literally patiently stood at the counter looking at the salesperson. When they finally left, she turned back to me. So she fully knew that she kept me waiting. Clearly, she liked the other customers better than me to interrupt service with me even though I was there first. I don't know whether it had to do with ethnicity, or the fact that I was on my own, or that I was a soft-spoken introvert. Regardless of the reason was, her very unprofessional behavior and unfair treatment of customers made me feel devalued as a customer. I did not need to please her to receive fair service. She was paid to help all customers equally.
