This is an extremely well managed property management company. The President of this company Patrick is exceptional in the manner with which he manages everything under him.

I’ve been working with Patrick Krall as a property manager first as a unit owner and now for 4 years as the condo board president.  Patrick was always extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in my dealings as a unit owner.  Now as I sit on the board of directors as President, Patrick has been an invaluable and trusted advisor for all matters related to the corporation and beyond.Patrick is very well versed in in all aspects of the Condominium Act and is an excellent problem solver who has been able to expertly steer us through various issues.  Patrick is articulate, and his pleasant and calm demeanor is excellent at de-escalating conflict and putting those he works with at ease. Prior to taking over management of the condominium our finances and budget were mismanaged and our reserve fund was inadequate and out of compliance.  In short order, Patrick was able to quickly draft a budget and collect the necessary funds to properly operate our daily operations, as well as build a healthy reserve fund while keeping our owner fees as low as possible.Many people who volunteer to be on the board of directors for their condominium also have full-time careers, families, and other outside commitments with little time to dedicate to the daily operations of their corporations.  It is for this reason that it’s vital to have a manager like Patrick who is experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy, competent, and hardworking to take care of the daily operations allowing the board of directors to focus on overall governance.Patrick is always accessible, patient, and eager to educate board members on all aspects of the Condominium Act ensuring that we remain compliant and meet our fiduciary duties to the corporation and owners.  Patrick’s commitment to going above and beyond what is required of the management agreement is very much appreciated and helps make our lives and our community better.  I would be more than happy to meet in person or over the phone with any prospective board of directors to discuss our experience with Patrick in more detail and provide a tour of our 202-unit complex.
