Inspire massage and fitness clinic

I came in for a massage and transitioned to targeted Physiotherapy. The RMT and Physiotherapist are very knowledgeable and detailed. The treatment is very detailed and focused. My posture has improved. My shoulder and neck pain has been going away as well. In fact, my right shoulder hasn't felt this good in years, Sweety uses various techniques to loosen/strengthen it. Staff is very kind and flexible, no upsells, just healing. Full recommendations here folks.

By far the best physiotherapy clinic I've been to. The service top notch and the people are amazing. I don't even have to say what's wrong, Sweety is about to find it lol. Her along with ownership, care to build a relationship with their clients. I already recommend this clinic to all my friends and family in the area, now I'm doing it here!

So it was my first time here and i got helped by jaspreet for massaging my body and honestly it was the best massage i ever had she literally go beyond to fix your pain and im really glad that i went there. The clinic is very nice and clean well organized. Anybody who’s body is stiff and trying to get massage i would say this is best place in brampton to go because i been to many others they are okay but here I actually felt that each penny i spend was very worth it.

It was an amazing experience at Inspire Massage and Fitness clinic. Jaspreet is very engaging and explains the process at every stage. She definitely understands the concerns and is quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!!Also would like to add, I had a wonderful experience with Sweety (Physiotherapist). With work from home and being active, my back and neck has been quite stiff, she works on every muscle to relieve the tightness and the pressure, highly recommend her!

Both practitioners (Registered Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist) are very knowledgeable and thorough. The treatment is very detailed and focused. My posture has already started improving. Back and neck pain has shown a great deal of improvement. The knot in the calf was very deep seated, after therapy the calf pain has reduced and I can feel my calf muscles’ health improved a great deal. Very nice, kind, courteous and accommodating staff. An overall good AWESOME experience.

I started physio here about a year ago and Sweety is god sent. She is professional, friendly and just an excellent physio therapist. She ensures my body doesn’t break down especially since I spend my days behind a computer due to work from home and my weight lifting. She has helped with my chronic back pain and loosening of the spasms. She also continues to advance herself which shows her dedication. Inspire as a business is impressive as they ensure they cater to their patients and adding services such as cupping. They accommodate my hectic schedule and send reminders through text which ensures I don’t miss an appointment. I reccomemd this business for massage and physio hands down!

First of all, thank you so much physiotherapist, Sweety and the staff for making me feel so much better. I went to so many places, but could not find a better place than this. I had shoulder pain for 5-6 years. After getting a treatment here, my pain had reduced. Awesome experience, everyone here is amazing, great service, knowledgeable staff and lots of care. My go-to massage & physio clinic. Very professional and amazing service! Sweety is simply the best physiotherapist out there. Jaspreet is also one of the best masseuses I have been to. I also had a few acupuncture sessions here which were also highly effective for me. I would absolutely recommend this centre for a holistic experience for both your mind and body.
