I'm 64 and this is the worst company I ever did business in my life. Totally unprofessional, unresponsive and keep asking for money with no reason and no excuse.Never ever do business with this company again.

This is a terrible company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I would give then zero if I can. Contracted out a hot water tank for 10 years with this company. After 7 yrs and months, I changed to a tankless heater and called the company to take back the tank. They informed me that there will be a buy out price of $620 because there were over 2 yrs left on the contract and that the tank was mine, they will not pick it up. That tank sat in my garage for 2 yrs. At the end of the contract, I called the company to stop billing me and was told that after the contract ends, its turns into a lease so I need to keep paying, unless I give them $620 as a buyout! WHY would I pay for an additional 2yrs and still give them money? I have the email I sent them 2.5yrs ago asking for an invoice to do the 'buy out'; NO RESPONSE!Stay away from this company they are dishonest!

I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I have a hot water tank and they can not tell me when my contract is over. I have to pay a $45 fee to have access to my own contract. I have asked them 3 different times when my contract is over and they never answer my question directly. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company!!!

We had the water boiler rented for over 10 years then we asked them to come and pick it up as we bought our boiler .They refused to pick it up they wanted us to rent a truck and drop it off otherwise we will pay over $200 for them to pick it up. We called them to explain every time we call they hang up on us both the secretary Esther and the supervisor .Very poor customer service and terrible service.Not recommended at all .

Purchased a home in Toronto that had an Enpure unit in it. The unit is 20 years old and kept having sensor issues which left us without water, and ruined the floor in our basement (sensor allowed water to keep heating up, and hot water leaked from the tank). Each time I was told it was because of the age of the unit and they would eventually replace it, but they never did.Upon purchasing our own unit and having someone else replace the unit, Enpure asked me to pay ~$180 to have them pick up the unit. I genuinely can't believe how poorly they treat their customers, I can't recommend enough not using this company.

This company is definitely a fraud, I have been chasing them for false charges on my bill even when I don’t have any utilities or contracts with them. They have been charging me for months for a hot water tank rental which I never had at my property with my Enbridge bill. Even after intimating them, instead of refunding false charges and resolving it, they keep sending me invoices since Enbridge had removed them from my billing. When I try to call there number, it’s never connecting, and same with their email, I sent them email twice, the mail only delivered once, second time it bounced.

When our water heater gave out on us, I was so scared to start the process of getting it fixed because, of all the bad reviews. However, I was so impressed! I called at 10 on a Tuesday morning and, Enpure had a friendly and respectful technician at my home by noon on the dot! He had it fixed in about an hour and he was on his way! Most importantly, I had hot water again! No hidden charges or fees of any sort. My experience was everything I wanted it to be. Thank you so much Enpure for your amazing service!

One of the most disrespectful companies . Spoke with multiple representatives about ownership of water tank. All of them informed me of no contract and further more speaking with one of there managers Francis who is belligerent and very rude told me that he doesn’t care what his representatives said it’s whats on the contract . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS . 0/5 stars given if possible

Rented a hot water tank from these guys for 10 years. It needed to be replaced, due to malfunction - the technician arrived fairly quickly to see what was wrong.I decided to buy one myself and install it, since it had to be replaced.When I went to cancel the contract, they wanted to charge me fees for picking up their rental" unit

This company is dubious. I have rented a hot water tank from Enpure for over 10 years. Not once have they come to do maintenance. My tank has started leaking. I have decided to deal with a different company.I have asked for my contract with them be terminated. They are asking for a cancellation fee plus pick up cost of the tank. I have asked a copy of my signed contract. They have not produced anything.This company is not about service. It is about deceiving people. This does not deserve 1 star. It deserves 0 stars and that is being generous.
