They were supposed to bring a package on a specific day and it didn't show, so I call dispatch and they assured it would be on the next delivery day so this day came and I waited until noon and no truck. I called and asked if I would receive my package today and they told me it wasn't shipped out they tock it off the truck and would delivery on another undetermined date, when I voiced my concerns and said I wouldn't use their company anymore, the dispatch laughed and said we are the only delivery in your area and didn't want to help me.
