Thanks Elisa excellent service . Cinder margarita & the Trio Dip is so yummy (your recommendation) and the Pistachio gnocchi (also your recommendation) was so delicious. Buddy’s salmon was good too . . Topped off with sticky toffee pudding. Thanks

Disappointing food and service.I like Landing restaurant and if frequent Kelly downtown. However, Jackson was a fail at multiple levels. The food was subpar, cold and not seasoned. I ordered parm fires and cauliflower wings and they were cold, not less warm but literally cold. The pizza was at best ok, risotto and salmon was not seasoned and didn’t taste good. The glasses were dirty with finger prints on it, rotten fruit in the cocktails, the table had plenty of food crumbs from the previous dinners, the service was slow… overall not a good exp and will likely not be going back.

My husband and I had a impromptu dinner date this evening. We had a fabulous waiter named Dylan who was familiar with the menu and his service was perfect. Dylan and Clint (the wonderful manager) turned a dinner out into a fun and engaging experience. So few companies these days focus on customer service. They knocked the ball out of the park. Our compliments to the chefs. Our calamari starters were perfectly cooked and my beet salad was the best I have ever had. What a great experience.

Very disappointing visit !! Terrible serviceBeer served in glasses with a scummy film !! Server forgot our food order and after an hour she asked us to remind her what our order was !! Waiting for drinks, even water. When asked for more drinks it took a long time to get them, even with empty glasses on the table.Dinner itself was good, steak cooked as requested and all dishes tasty. Outside that, overall experience was very poor.Server offered a free dessert for the long wait but we declined as at this point, we just wanted to get out of there !!Very very disappointed, will never visit again and will never recommend Jackson’s Landing to anyone !!

Just wanted to find something to eat so we saw this 4.2 star good review restaurant and went there. I don’t know how it got such a high ranking on Google, but honestly this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever had, I mean food. The service is good. My 3 star is for the beer and the service. I would give food 2 star the most. The spaghetti had very light flavor, with weird egg and dry chicken breast in it…I didn’t even finish half of it. The burger was overcooked (can see the burned bread from picture) and the onion soup was terrible. Pizza was just OK. Will never go back again for food, though the restaurant atmosphere and decor were pretty good.

One of the best experiences I've had in a while. Atmosphere and ambiance were good. Liked the industrial look. Roof top patio was busy so got a booth. Server was excellent. Got answers to our questions, food was delivered on time and drinks were topped up. Food was excellent from the nachos to our mains. I'll be back based on this experience.

Commendations for Maggie and Clinton on brunch service For our party of four July8/23.Maggie is an outstanding server, sparkling attitude, unbelievably patient with an 3 unruly youngsters in booth nearby with one of the children climbing up the back of their booth, sitting on top of the partition and no parental control. Maggie offered to move us but we sat it out as they were leaving. We had a couple glitches with the menu but both Maggie and her manager offered many heartfelt apologies for menus issues. Clinton, the manager, could not have handled the issue any better. He was so understanding, replaced the order and did not charge one of our party for their meal. Five Stars for the staff, and the ambiance of the restaurant.Shari

We ordered from Uber eats the $30 charcuterie with the description of meats and cheeses and received 3 small slices of one meat and the rinds of Brie. I have had this in store and it’s amazing but this was unreal.

We had a great dinner. Freshly made and nice atmosphere. Elisa was great and added to our experience. She was knowledgeable, attentive and had a fun sense of humour. Glad we dined at Jackson’s Landing tonight!
