Went into the Hanover Rogers store this afternoon Melody made us feel welcome and very comfortable when I asked questions about setting up my phone . Very patient. I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO READ THIS REVIEW RIGHT TO THE END !I had a Samsung S7 which had been dropped and now the battery was dying fast.. My contract wasn't up till Next February. I went to see Mel and the staff at Rogers in Hanover. Not only did they get me a new S9, Mel also found me new package with more data for less money. I bought a new Otter box and screen protector. And they waved the early upgrade fee. I spent about 200 bucks total and some of that was fees they have no control over. They transferred all my data pictures complete no charge. I needed it that day as I was going away for 5 days. Awesome service. When I came home from my trip, the screen protector had come loose. I went in and Mel just put a new one on no charge and I was on my way again.Now for the people who have given reviews here about not getting through on the Phone !!! Listen up.I worked retail for 40 years. If you have 3 or 4 customers in the store and you are personally looking after them you NEVER NEVER leave that person to answer a phone. They drove in to see you and get help and they deserve your attention. If you can't get through, get off your butt and go in. They usuaĺy can't help you unless they see your phone. Many days we in retail don't even get lunch because we can never tell when you are walking in. Before complaining, walk 1 day in their shoes. Most of you who are impatient enough to want to talk to someone immediately would not have the patience to work behind that counter and be nice to all types of personalitys that come in. Melody and the staff at the store have excellent customer service. They always go above and beyond and take the time to explain everything so I can understand it. Definitely recommend!

By far the worst Rogers store I have ever been to.I have been a Rogers customer for 10 years and was working out of town I had broke my phone and needed to pay the last few months of my contract and get an upgrade.I was told that because I was from out of town I had to wait 24 hours to get my phone.This made no sense to me what so ever so I decided to call the Rogers head office they informed me that they had never heard of anything like this and that they would put a note on my account and if they had am issue to give them a call when I was back at atorw. Even after getting caught making up an outright lie they still wouldn't give me my phone.So my suggestion is avoid this Rogers and go to any other one.

NOT AN OFFICIAL ROGERS STORE. these guys are Beyond Wireless and offer much slower repair services and replacement options. Currently i'm using a 10year old loaner phone from them while mine is off for a 2 week repair. this phone can't even run google.brutal service - unable to find a proper loaner phone in a phone store.did not mention that calling Rogers Tech Support would get me a new phone immediately.

By far the best service I have ever experienced at a Rogers store. I travel all over Ontario and have been to many different locations but this one is just simply amazing. Both employees were very friendly and happy to help me out with anything I needed. You could tell that they actually cared and weren't just faking it like most locations. I applaud both of you for a job well done and keep up the GREAT work!!
