This place was the most generic restaurant I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere was just kind of bland. The service was a bit slow but not terrible. The food was the same deep fried stuff any bar will serve you. The prices were ok for what you get. I wouldn’t go back only because not a single part of the experience was memorable in any way.

Very nice, wide open space. Service was consistent, even on a busy night (World Junior Hockey Gold Medal game). Food was fast and warm. Will be back!

Super good service and food. Horrible clientele which is the reason I won't return anytime soon. Very drunk loud individuals ruined the evening.

Our waitress wasn't accurate, had an attitude, missed part of our order, couldn't get refills on drinks. Ended up having to ask other wait staff to assist with things like napkins and the missing parts of our orders.When we asked for boxes for the parts of our order that came out half an hour later than the first part of our order our waitress Angel said they were out" then we watched another table get taken a to go box we asked again and she rolled her eyes at us.It isn't often that we do not tip wait staff

Yesterday I went and service was amazing! Pretty good food! Suicide wings are just my favourites! Server Sam was really friendly and attentive to what we need! Definitely coming back soon!

Amazing amazing food but our server was incredible as well and she deserves a shout out. We were there Sunday night and she was great . Evryland ( I'm sure I spelled her name wrong I'm sorry!!!)

Great wings, but waiting 45 minutes for a drink and over an hour for wings is ridiculous. The waitress also forgot my second drink, she was to busy playing on her phone.

Food was amazing as usual. We come here often and always love the food. Your kitchen staff is phenomenal and we so appreciate that. Waitresses on the other hand left something to be desired. She was not attentive. Spilled our beers. Left a trail of spilled beer from the bar to the table and never cleaned it up. The schooners where soaking wet and left a mess on the table. We asked for extra napkins and eventually we had to go get our own in which I saw her going for her phone instead of helping us like I assume her job is. Our other friend was asked if he wanted another drink and that drink took till our food came out to get another one. Why offer if your not even going to bring it right away anyway. Overall service was not the standard we have had before. Our friends had come another day and had the same experience with Jilleen and where disappointed for a second time today. We really love coming here and hope the service will improve so we don't have to find a new favorite lunch time spot.
