Had purchased an edge bander from Adam milne last year and since it was a showroom room model, it had been already commissioned since it was in working condition on their showroom floor when we had made the agreement. Upon us getting the financing from the institution that they had recommended, Adam had made a document that stated we would be getting a refund within 10 days for the commissioning and delivery, since we opted to pick up the equipment with our own truck. Fast forward to today, almost a year later, they refused and neglected to honor the document that stated we would be getting a refund and tried to tell us that the equipment had been commissioned and that they wouldn't be able to honor what they had stated.Buyer beware, do not trust anything that is said since this company pays commission to sell its equipment and this sales associate will tell you what you want to hear to get the deal done. I have asked that this company pay out the balance that is owing to our company, for the delivery, to this sales associate, since they put their hand into my pocket for a portion of the proceeds that was owing, or to donate it to a charity of their choice.P.s. we won't be reffering other companies to you as we had done in the past, such as the wood door company that purchased many pieces of equipment from you.
