Kalamazoo Cab & Car Service
Not only did they cause me to be an hour late for work (the dispatch took my information down incorrectly and never confirmed it, the driver refused to use GPS but rather called me for directions 4 times) but still charged me. Not even a discount. I WON'T use this company again and would recommend the same for others.
