Great company to work with!!!! Dropped off a screen door the dog has ripped from my horse trailer. Was repaired perfectly and back in time for the next show!!! Was kept informed about the whole process and was even offered to have a doggy door installed in we needed it!!!We will certainly be recommending this great company, staff and owner to anyone who needs glass or plexi-type material custom cut and installed.

Horrible experience. 50% of our windows are defective with a lifetime warranty that they have yet to honor. We have been trying for over a month to have someone come to our house and look at the defective windows. We paid over 30,000 for high efficiency windows and our 30 year old windows were better quality and more energy efficient.

Takes forever to get an appointment to get a window replaced, and once you do get one they keep canceling with no notice until you call to see why they haven't shown up. Been nothing but a headache dealing with them been waiting about 2 months to get a 1 window replaced avoid this company . Update This is now 2 day straight of them canceling on me.

Fort Glass was very professional and stands by their products. We had a very large mirror installed which had some issues a year later and they did not hesitate to come and replace it! Very satisfied with their customer service and highly recommend !
