We had a sulphur odour in our drilled well water, and these people knew exactly what kind of filter system we needed. Worked like a charm - for a reasonable price - no more lugging bottled drinking water, and the bonus is that my washing machine works properly now. So pleased - Awesome people to work with. I had no water from my well & my neighbour recommended Water Guys. I called in the morning & 2 Water Technicians Braedan & Adam came out promptly at 3:00 that afternoon. They went to work immediately & ascertained that the box that controlled the pump on/off had a burnt part. Also my very old cold water tank was completely water logged so they replaced it. My water pressure is so much better now & I am very pleased. Braedan & Adam had all the parts in their truck. They went to work right away & I would highly recommend them & Water Guys. They were very professional & friendly & fixed my problem promptly.

We're never disappointed with The Water Guys. They always fit us into their work schedule asap which is extremely important when you're without running water. They're always prompt and courteous. We have peace of mind knowing that The Water Guys are just a phone call away.

good service providers are pretty rare these days but the technician and apprentice that showed up to my house did an excellent job, were very nice and professional, and did exactly what i needed them to. 10/10 would recommend this company

Although we live in BC and they are in Ontario, I would recommend The Water Guys North to anyone no matter where you’re located in Canada. Their experience and expertise are an asset for professionals and DIYers. Questions, not a problem; they promptly return calls and patiently walk you through any queries and issues you might encounter prior to or during an installation. Their products are top of the line. Based on our particular needs, Darren custom fabricated a pump stand and this was completed the same day our order was placed and was shipped the following day. Can’t beat that!

The Water Guys were very easy to work with. They cared about the quality and the outcome - both of which were above my expectations. The price was very fair. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. My dug well water went from rust coloured, very hard with a Sulphur odor to crystal clean and good tasting over night. I would hire you again in an instant if the need arises.
