Do not book with this company! Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered, hands down. Our driver tried to scam us out of $900 cash when my credit card was already being charged. We told him the credit card was being charged, he proceeded to lock the limo and not move until he got cash. Not until we yelled at him repeatedly would he go, this made us late for our make up appointments. He then made us late for my wedding ceremony because he went to the wrong location AND THEN made us late to our wedding reception! On top of all that, the price included just married decor" which he made our GROOMSMEN attach since he would not!!!The company 1st promised to remove the gratuity charge (they didn't). Then the company promised to provide a discount (they didn't). They promised us a free ride with our next booking (as if we'd ever book with them again!!). I will not be using this service EVER, my friend booked a limo for her wedding. He drove her to the wrong place, made her late for her own wedding and the driver was hassling us for cash.
