Due to poor planning on my part, I ran out of time and returned a tool dirty. I was met with the most disrespectful and condescending customer service I've ever endured. I respect that someone must be paid now to clean the tool, and I was willing to pay, but to be bullied and talked down to like that was unacceptable! I suggest rather than offering unsolicited philosophy lessons to others, you focus on your customer service!!! After all, that is truly all you offer as a tool rental shack!
