Amazing place!!! Brad and Kim and the staff at Lockharts Odyssey are the best. I drive 1 hour and 30 min every time to come here instead of less then 30 min drive to the dealer in my area. It's always worth the drive. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Thanks for making it a fun experience.

I must be honest I've not actually attended this location, the only contact I have had is through emails. The replies I received were fast and all my questions were answered in detail. I will most likely attend the location in mid March to further investigate the matter I queried about.

Went in to exchange something I bought online. The Ladies working the parts desk on the Saturday. Mo and Maddison were absolutely amazing. Even if it’s out of your way you should definitely make this your store to go too.

I have dealt with Lockhart’s Odyssey on a couple machines now. The quality of the products they sell (BRP) always exceed my expectations. They are very fast, reasonably priced and I am always really looking forward to the next time I can go to Lockhart’s. Also, the new showroom is wonderful! Thanks again guys!

The purchase price was $12,599.I asked if they would put a windshield on it for that price.Brendan said he would get back to me in an hour. 2 days later I called asking for the answer.After a bit of back and forth, the reply was no. No was ok but when you are firmly and disrespectfullly told No

I purchased a used 2022 Skidoo Backcountry in December 2022 from Lindsey. She was great to work with and the process was very smooth. Unfortunately there was a small issue that I only noticed on the first weekend riding. The headlight adjustment knob was broken and headlight assembly needed to be replaced. There was no way the dealer could have noticed the knob was broken when I picked up the sled. I have a trip planned this weekend and they went above and beyond and had the headlight replaced under warranty the same day! I'm 2 hours away from this dealer but the drive is well worth the great service. Highly recommend them to anyone

I rarely share my views on customer service .. but I feel compelled to share my experience. I purchased a 2019 used defender max that was custom built by the team at lockhart.. while it was just out of warranty..we soon after taking delivery found that it had a few issues that would have been very difficult for a dealer to know existed. These were tine consumingand expensive repairs. however they stood by their work and made sure that my customer experience was exceptional. I would like to thank Tony for his patience and professionalism. We will definitely be returning customers even though we are 4 hours away.. with many other dealers in between. You really do live up to your word.

Contacted Lockhart’s remotely to see if they had the machines a friend and I were looking for. To our surprise they ended up having two of the exact machines we wanted coming in.Week and a half later we got the call that they were in and ready to be picked up! Overall great service! Brendan was easy to deal with and well prepared on pick up day!I gave 4/5 as I think pricing is a bit high.
