I highly recommend Renee’s hair boutique to everyone. They sell quality and reasonably priced wigs. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and personally assisted me in selecting the perfect wig.

This is my third visit to the store and I am impressed with the service and quality of products. I was very impressed with their products and their knowledgeable staff. Their staff assisted me in making the right choice for my hair extensions and some of their beauty products and the best part I was offered a discount on the products that I purchased.I would highly recommend Renee's Hair Boutique for anyone that needs hair or beauty products

I gave 2 stars because the consultant is experienced with wigs and was able to help me find a wig i loved however, I had a negative experience with them because 1. She literally snatched a wig away when I was trying to read the tag even though she knew I was determined to buy from her that day 2. I was uncomfortable with the consulting process because they only allow you to try on 3 wigs and it wasn't working so even though they did let me try on a few more I felt I was being an inconvenience. 3. She kept telling me what a great deal she was giving me and that my wig was listed at over 400 in their computer (I paid 320 minus the 50 consult fee) I found it online for 220. 4. I called back a month later and explained my wig was damaged and I was working 1200km away in a remote camp and that I needed the color code of the wig I bought and the clerk refused. All in all, they didn't build trust with me, I didn't feel they cared about my needs and I wouldn't return there.

I am from out of town and visited Renee's Hair boutique and I was pleased that they provided wigs and toppers for persons going through hair loss or for those who simply want beautiful wigs and extensions. The staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to find the right wigs and extensions. If you are looking for the right wigs and extensions Renee's Hair Boutique is the place to visit.

I have never had a better experience in a store. As soon as I walked in I was greated and asked if I was looking for anything specific she could help me find. I came in today looking for extentions and the lady helping me was so kind. She helped me figure out the right length and color matched them to my hair expertly. She gave me tips and tricks on helping them last longer and best ways to store them. She also recommended a fair brush that was alot more genital then the dollar store ones that dont help my hair at all. She also got me set up on their rewards program to earn points back from my purchases!!!I felt very comfortable and informed on the products I was buying. She definitly made my day I have never been more happy leaving a store. 100% recommend this hair boutique for beginners. Very welcoming environment !!

I visited Renee's Hair Boutique to purchase a wig and some hair extensions, and the Renee staff were very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable in getting me a lovely wig and matches my hair perfectly. I love shopping here!! I purchased some hair dye and hair products for curly hair and they work amazingly. The staff are very nice and gave excellent costumer service. I recommend any woman that needs wigs or hair extensions to come here as well because they have a bigger verity then most places and are very affordable as while.
