I’ve been selling Preverco products for the past several years. As a dealer our builders have really been impressed with the quality of the product. We are proud to have this product in our showroom and sell to our customers.

I wanted a neutral light maple hardwood that did not draw attention to itself. The room is large and open which means the flooring is very visible. The previous owners had a type of flooring that had many shades and that dominated the room. I chose preverco even though it was almost double the cost of other hardwoods because it was plain and clear. The packaging says it could fade. Instead of fading it became darker. It's the exact opposite of what I wanted. In places where there was tape on the floor during painting there are now stripes. In addition, it shows every bit of dirt and is impossible to keep clean. The flooring cost me 15k. Biggest waste of money ever. Contacted the flooring company. They did nothing. So disappointed.

purchased floors with confidence in their product and as soon as I had a problem I was told to contact the store of purchase. I contacted the store of purchase and they did not get back to me. I had contacted JBW flooring alot! and they know who I am but they will not return any of my emails. I communicated this to preverco and they had taken no action to date and this goes back almost a year! I will never buy their product again but it was a very expensive mistake! I wish they stood by their product but they dont!

Product itself was good quality, and the “satin” finish could never be cleaned properly, always leaving foot marks.The issue I have is with the after sales support of both the dealer and the manufacturer.Purchased over 10k in flooring. Long story short - experienced small area of water damage, needed to replace several boards, not enough spare on hand. Needed to purchase another few cases, but was informed that the product had been discontinued.I contacted Preverco directly to find out if there was any additional stock, Customer Service was not willing to assist. Seems like there is no more loyalty in this world. Both Preverco and the retail sales supplier have failed yet another customer.

Would give 0 star if I could.Low quality flooring with a high price tag.I purchased the engineered white oak and nowhere in samples or pictures advertised, there were any defects present.However, the floors are riddled and I mean riddled with black stains that have nothing to do with the grain or natural knots present in wood. They’re smooth and part of the surface treatment. They look like random black spills of ink or stain that nobody bothered to clean and they’re everywhere.I’ve never seen anything like it. The only reason I purchased this floor was because I liked the way it looked in samples and pictures. This is a clear case of false advertising and as far as I’m concerned, I was deceived by the manufacturer.I absolutely advise anyone against buying any product from this company.

Sad to see negative reviews on such a great product. Unfortunately people are not properly educated at the point of sale on hardwood flooring.Wood cups in high humidity, gaps in low humidity. Extreme high and lows will damage the floor. It is the floor dealers responsibility to educate clients on their products. Many stores just have sales people looking to make a sale and earn commission. Do you live on a lake? Young children or dogs? How do you heat and cool the home? etc...Preverco offers multiple floor platforms with tight milling tolerances. Product line is top notch. We continue to sell this product and enjoy installing such a well crafted floor.

(I would give it a zero if I could - and it seem like I am not the only one!) I heard Canadian manufactures were supposed to be better, but even within a year of installation (Flex19 white oak) the floors were getting dented, started chipping and scratching with even the smallest contact - we don't even wear shoes in the house. I had reached out to customer service and of course they said the seller should have sold us this product since it was not suitable for a family and it was the customer's fault. We are about 3 years in and the floors continue to get dented and scratched - worst product ever. For the price we paid this product overwhelmingly under delivers - would never get this product again. If it wasn't for the amount we paid I would have already replaced my flooring. What a shame.

I had Preverco Floors installed in my Condo Unit. After the floors were installed, they started to separate after about six months. The separation continued over the course of the next six months. After approx. one yr. after installation the floors were a complete disaster. The gaps between the planks in the floor were more than an inch in many areas. As soon as ANYONE entered my condo, the first thing they SAID is what is with your floors. I contacted the Rep. from Preverco in the GTA and he visited my condo to look at the floors. He clearly noted the issues and noted that the floors should not have been in the condition they were. However he blamed all the issues on me. I had an inspector in who stated in his report that the wrong glue was used in the installation of the floors. Preverco denied any wrongdoing and refused to admit the floors were faulty. I would STRONGLY advise that you should not consider purchasing any Preverco product if you are considering flooring for your home.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered pre-engineered hardwood from this company through a dealer (not a custom color by the way) and they couldn’t match the flooring not once, but twice, after we requested additional flooring. This delayed our move in by two months and we still don’t have matching floor. Beware that if you order floor from them and need to order additional flooring it will not match. I highly suggest ordering from someone else as their flooring is also incredibly expensive and doesn’t match in quality or service.Also before you send me a canned response of “sorry that your hardwood floor is not as you expected. The first step to do is contact your dealer and explain them what happened” - we already did this, so please spare this response.

After speaking with the area representative about our flooring issues, we left the conversation feeling even more dissatisfied. Preverco has a 25 year warranty however, be warned, they don't back it up. The rep. talked in circles and blamed the customer. No solutions were offered. In fact, we were told the onus was on us. Extremely dissatified. I cannot recommend this product in good faith.
