Luc was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From fast and polite replies to informing us of where we were at in all steps of the process, I could not recommend him more. We also had to inquire another record check from overseas, to which Luc was again amazingly helpful, giving us clear guidance and making it a lot easier than anticipated. Great service.
