I was very glad to see such a wide variety of essential oils and other high quality products on one site. What a bonus that it is Canadian based and priced very well, more than other sites. My order was delivered sooner than expected, which was a bonus! I was very pleased with the service from Sunrise Botanics and will reorder again in the near future. Highly recommend!

I purchased carrot seed oil and there is no way it is what it claims to be. Please see the photos. I think it is cooking oil or something. I will never order from them again.You can see it compared to genuine carrot oil.

It was my first order of sandalwood essential oils which supposed to be Australian and East Indian origins. In fact, they are blends of original and domestic components which isn't advertised on company's website. They don't provide any SDS sheets either. I bought these oils for therapeutic purposes and very disappointed that I wasted such a money. In addition, it's impossible to get in touch with a customer service. I was trying to reach them by email or phone but didn't get any respond. I will not order from this company gain and will not recommend them.

A great store to purchase herbs and oils. This is where i buy mine from. The oils are of very superior quality to many of the places i have tried buying from. The herbal teas are also very rich and substantial. Shipping is also fast, but you have to order at least a $50 quantity i think, to be able to qualify for some flat rate shipping.Great company.

SO FRUSTRATED with the very poor customer service. I am unhappy with my recent order, as the flowers I ordered came in looking nothing like pictured on the website, and have been trying to reach out for a month. No response via Instagram, phone calls or email. Super unprofessional and I would NOT recommend.

I purchased a 'tea cut' portion (1 lb) for which I was very pleased. The last time, however, I tried to sign on to my account to repeat the purchase I was halted by an endless 'prove-I-am-not-a-robot' verification just to sign in. I went through a dozen iterations of pictures, expired then made the purchase as a guest. This was frustrating enough for me to begin to look elsewhere. Beware.

I have concerns about the veracity of their advertising and the actual quality of some of their advertised products. I bought a carnation and violet leaf absolute from them that smells nothing like the real thing when I compared it to the same product from other companies. I strongly believe that they contained mostly isolates to give the oils the smell one would associate with the real thing without actually using true carnation or violet leaf material. A big giveaway is that true violet absolute is green in colour, and even at a 3 % dilution the violet leaf I received was clear. More recently I bought a kewra absolute that smelled absolutely nothing like actual kewra, in fact it smelled strongly of cut brown mushrooms, and when I tried diluting it with alcohol it took on a nauseating gasoline like odour that was clearly completely unnatural. There are also no SDS sheets for any of their products, it’s also worth noting that they sell many absolutes that can’t be absolutes - things labelled fougère absolute for example - this must be some kind of blend because there’s just no such thing. Buyer beware.

I love these guys! Best ordering experience ever, every single time. One of the fastest and most efficient suppliers out there. Doesn't matter the season, everything arrives speedy and on time. Their ingredients are top notch, just as their customer service. Will be a long time customer.

This was my first order and I was very pleased at how fast delivery was and how well packaged I received my product in . I didn’t even have to open the oils you can Smell the scent from the lid. Awesome and thank you so much I will be ordering more!
