Help me set up my phone and I was out in sec thank you Zaid for your services will recommend to every one.

I recently was at this location after checking out many other competitors. Bell made me feel like a loser, terrible customer service! I decided to check out Koodo which was next door to Bell. I was immediately impressed with how welcomed & at ease I felt. I truly despise shopping around for a new phone & plan, but Mike was amazing at listening to me. He did not try to push anything on me but rather advised me on what he felt would be a good fit. I felt so relieved when I left the store. Mike is an excellent sales person who cares to make his customers happy and goes the extra mile!

I called the Whitby location and Mike P. helped me choose a phone and plan. His customer service was so amazing that I moved over to Koodo. He was super helpful in answering all my questions.Now when I needed to upgrade, I called to Koodo store again to see what options I had. Cassidi was so sweet and informative. When I went to the store, Ray helped me out. He was very helpful too. Ray gave me some suggestions on how I could resolve my issue with my plan and it worked.I called back again and Mike P. helped me this time. He has excellent customer service. Very friendly and knows so much about plans and phones and how I can get the best deal.Definitely, a great team Koodo has at the Whitby Mall store.

Definitely felt like I was being scammed by Trevor when he called me telling me I was eligible for an early upgrade on my phone ... I made an apt and called before I went they would not give me details before I got there clearly wanted to get me into store... There was no offer available to me at all nothing special was just offered to pay off my existing tab balance and start a new more expensive tab and more expensive phone plan... How is this any sort of promotional upgrade no deal at all... Also wasted an hour if my time traveling there... Complete scammer trying to earn commission and sales no thanks

I have taken Telus sim from the Telus store at Whitby mall and I must say that my experience was awesome. Especially the way store manager Zaid helped me in many ways to resolve the issues I had with sim and sim no change that I opted from My Telus account. Zaid has been a thorough professional and smart mind in calling up the customer care, taking extra time and finally resolve the issue. I am happy now...Thanks a lot Zaid...

Terrible customer service! Unwilling to complete requests that are well within their capabilities because they don’t want their sales rep to loose a sale which will effect their commission. As a customer I would hope that the customers best interest would be what employees are concerned about. I will never return to this location and too bad so sad for the rep because I successfully returned my device at another location and cancelled the line as requested.
