Hardworking people are trying to make a honest living. Myself and few other friends always had good experience here and never felt ripped off or cheated.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with MK Autos, and I feel compelled to warn others about the subpar service they provide. Specifically, if you own a BMW X5, I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this mechanic shop. Not only did they demonstrate a profound lack of knowledge about the car, but they also refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused.When I initially approached MK Autos with a singular problem, I was hopeful that their expertise would lead to a satisfactory resolution. However, my optimism quickly diminished as I found myself paying a substantial amount of money only to discover additional problems upon picking up my vehicle. To make matters worse, whenever I confronted them about the newly arisen issues, they consistently denied any involvement, insisting that the problem was unrelated to their work. But if they truly had no hand in it, how could these problems have surfaced after I entrusted my car to them?The complete disregard for accountability displayed by MK Autos is both frustrating and disheartening. Rather than taking responsibility for their actions and offering a solution, their repeated response during our numerous phone conversations was a dismissive, That is not as a result of our work." It was the worst experience of oil change and tires. They ruined my new car ..oil level was very low when I checked by chance after changing the oil and the front tires brakes not working after winter tires were changed and now making some clucking sound .When I go again for checkup their Machanic said I don’t know where the sound was coming from.

This is my third time coming to MK Auto Repairs. All three times, I walked in without an appointment and was served in a very timely manner and with exceptional customer service. Everyone whom works here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very reasonably priced and were able to get the service done efficiently.I will continue to provide them my business

They are nothing short of incompetent Crooks, cost me $320 for a freaking $160 job. Stay far away from these scoundrels, not trustworthy at all. AVOID at all costs. After Shakeels passed away, this place has gone to the dump.

The best auto shop in Milton. I have been coming here regularly and received expert guidance from Shakeel. Most genuine people. Always guides you well. Prices are very reasonable and they use genuine parts and oils. If you have Honda or a Toyota, you are in perfect hands. Electrical and mechanical issues of the car are also repaired here.They also have body shop that takes care of cosmetic issues of the car as well.

I would give them negative stars if I could.I came in because my car was making some noises at the bottom, wasn’t sure what the issue was so went to get it checked out as they are experts, or so I thought. They mentioned multiple issues to me which could be making the noise. I asked which issue is making the specific noise and they had told me it was the back tire cylinder. They had mentioned to replace the brakes, but they said the noise I’m hearing Is due to the back tire. I decided to only go ahead and repair the cylinder in mention. I went ahead with the repair hoping the issue is resolved. I receive the car paid more than $350, to my surprise I am having the EXACT same issue as before. I walked in and walked out with the exact same problem, so what did they fix?I had called them the next day explaining the issue and they start blaming me for not repairing the other things.These guys do not know what they are talking about and WILL RIP you off, wanting you to fix things which aren’t necessary and put the blame on the customer. Unethical practices.I went to another mechanic who has much more experience, and he had pointed out the exact issue to me, said I did not need to replace anything, no brakes or anything. It was a simple repair but they had made me fix something which never needed to be repaired, and paid a ton of money.I would highly recommend skipping this place and going elsewhere, as they do not know what they are talking about and just want your money. And to add on top, they will not take any blame or any sort of assurance, if you’re still having the same issue even after the repair.

These guys give you high prices. STAY AWAY! They wanted to charge me $950 for breaks on both axles. I did my research and found another mechanic who did it for me for $650. Please do your homework before paying these guys. They will rip you off.
