Port Moody Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Very expensive, $9 per washer. And the owner is arrogant, I will never come again.

The store is big and very clean, friendly staffs, the dryer is so efficiency only spend 1.5 dollar for a small load of clothes and towel, we very happy find this laundry store in Port Moody.

I took my mom there to wash her large blankets and things.Firstly they rushed her along. Then made her use themachines she didn't want to use. It cost her more than itshould for a person who is retired. When I went, he rushedme along as well. We didn't get to use the machines wewanted either, I ended up having to use the smaller onesthat he wanted me to use. It cost me more in the end aswell. I didn't feel welcome one bit, and neither did my momthe first time either. Therefore, not feeling welcome leads tothis weird rushing thing he does and I was not able to keeptrack, therefore, I accidentally left two loads. I didn't realizeuntil a week later that many things had disappeared. Icalled and went back only to discover (and very nice ofthem to do it but..) they washed and dried and folded myalready dry clothes. I didn't ask for a rewash or for thatservice but he wanted to charge me for full service. I gotpushed out and I forgot, is that a $50 mistake? if he let meuse their service the way it was intended, I wouldn't haveforgotten. JUST LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE TO WASH THEIRLAUNDRY in peace. There's no need to help or show themhow to do it. They already know how to use a washingmachine. After that, I still payed for the full serviceAND he asked me to never come back. I'm so disappointed because laundromats are kinda out the door, you'd think they would try harder

Had a really great experience! Laundromat is very clean, owners go above and beyond to help you out. Sylvia the owner was very kind to us and guided us on how to properly use the machines, for better efficiency and to keep them in great condition for all.You can tell there is a culture of kindness because the other customers are nice and willing to help you.I had a really good experience doing our laundry.

Woman the works at this laundromat is very intrusive. She told me what machines I can use and not use. I have a very small bag of clothes and she forced me to use triple load when in fact small load is enough. She also forced me to use 2 separate dryers for my clothes when one dryer should only be used filling only 1/3rd.Extremely overpriced and the woman owner says she doesn’t care about her customers.Will not go here again. Very unprofessional and overpriced

An absolute rip off. My laundry at my apartment is broken right now so I had to bring mine here and when i came to pick my two loads of laundry up they told me it was $90. $90 to do two loads of normal washing. That's insane. What a joke. I'll never return

The cashier/ owner seems to be very pushy. The laundry that could have been done in one washer/dryer was asked to be done in two different ones. Prices are not competitive. Overpriced to say the least.

Really disappointed i couldn't wash my bedding today. We used to come here for spring cleaning because it was one of few places that could handle my blanket and plushy. Today was told that machine couldn't handle my stuff even though we drive 2 cities out of our way because we know they can. My family and I will not be coming back after today. Completely different experience than previous years. Not sure if its a new owner but wasn't the usual couple we used to deal with.

Very clean, well managed location. Nice laundromat with dry cleaning services.Tad expensive, but utility bills are pretty stupid these days.
