Today being Saturday February 11,2023...with the Walden Winter Carnival going on... Mr. J's Roadhouse & Pizza was closed @ 2pm n nextdoor Dukes had a private party until 5pm... sat here looking for other place to eat from 2:46- 3:15, 8 people tried Mr J's n 7 tried Dukes n 4 people went to Subways

If you're looking for an authentic homemade breakfast that tastes like mom made it, then this is the place to go! The meats were cooked to perfection, and the home fries aren't frozen sad chunks like your usual breakfast places and you can tell it was made with love and care.I'm thankful for the good, honest chefs that dont see the spotlight, and it'll definitely be our new breakfast place along with a great bar to hang out with friends! All in all, it costed us 30$ for 2 of the greatest breakfasts we've had in a long, long time and I beg you to take some time out of your drive to check it out! Thanks again for the amazing service and the excellent food!!

Pretty good food and the service is decent. They may have the best breakfast sausages in town. If you don't mind the cigarette smoke smelling redneck-ish servers, then you may want to check it out. If uncouth type of servers are not your thing, then stay away.

My spouse and I enjoy the home style meals and home made pizzas from Mr J's. This is your typical pub fare. The food is always excellent and the barkeeps are second to none. Never been disappointed with quantity sizes (portions are med to lg) for most meals. Great atmosphere and the staff there have always made us feel welcomed. Will we go back?... well of course we will!!

Super slow service. Took 45 minutes to get our orders. 3 plates and all were sandwhich/wraps with fries. The food all came out cold to boot. Not impressed. Perhaps they take so long to get you to drink more but we just wanted some supper. The umbrellas on their patio dont provide near enough shade either. Save yourself the grief and eat somewhere else.

Service was wonderful, food was great, just think that they should wash the windows and the pictures on the wall, would make it more appealing
