Klassic Car Wash

I expected more for the top service they offer $90+ .(i even asked about the seats , they confirmed will be steamed and hand cleaned... but didn't look like... it was better than before of course, but i could be even better...Looks almost the same for the cheaper service they offer..so this top service is not worth it for me.Maybe if I try to ask to do better, maybe they would do it... but didn't have more time...not even the outside was that good... dirty still at the bumpers, windshield and rims... (the car was not even that dirty, just got out the highway but we expect to remove at least the ones we can easily see it)

They won my admiration the first time that I went there in 2019. Ever since, I've not been lucky enough to find another good place because I moved 20km away from their Jane Street location. So every time I need to wash my car I drive 40km both ways. The distance doesn't matter when you're getting great value for your money and time.

Would like to leave a 1 star rating but unfortunately I can not. We have been loyal customers here for so many years. My partner and I had taken the car to get the seats cleaned, first of all the prices that the individual had said were 3 different prices. He was almost not sure what to charge. Paid over $100 for this service. When we went to pick up the car, the individual stated that the seats were still wet and that they will be dry in a couple of hours. It has been a few days now and the seats are not completely dry. Looks like they didn't even clean the seats. There is also a very bad smell in the interior of the car now as well as stains on the seat. We are not happy with their job and will be bringing the car back to them in hopes that the matter is rectified.

Waste of time and money. Had to wait 1 hour and 15mins for them to actually start cleaning the car. Then it took them 15-20 mins to “clean”. I paid the “Premium express interior clean for salt stains and steam cleaning vacuuming” - close to $100. They left the car in a horrible condition. I could have done a better job myself. Salt stains and mud remain. As well as Xmas tree needles in my trunk which they didn’t bother to vacuum despite paying the extra suv fee for my tiny little crossover. Stay away from this place. I now have to go and vacuum and clean it myself. I will be warning my friends and colleagues to stay away from this place.

I paid $74 for them to break my vent on the dashboard, not even clean the dashboard because there is still stuff stuck in the front near the windshield. All the buttons, nooks and crannies are still dirty and they just did a terrible job and when I complained about them breaking my vent they said it was already like that, but it wasn’t because then I wouldn’t have complained about it. They are unprofessional and unexperienced. I don’t care about their customers or the experience that they have.

This is the first time that I’ll be using their service ever! For the price itself, it is already a huge win!They have different packages to choose from and added service that you want to add on top of it.I initially plan to get a good exterior and interior detailing given I came from a place where it’s really muddy and dusty, but the staff said it will take minimum of 4 hrs to do. So I decided to go for Express Interior Detail for $65.00 (since my car is mini SUV).I noticed too that they offer free vacuum. I am not really sure if you need to be a member for you to use it or you can just drive there and use that service. It is a thoughtful thing to offer especially for those who has a lot of valuables inside their car, they can DIY.Though there are some stains that remained and the mat is still wet (I don’t know why they didn’t vacuum it or is it really like that), overall, I am happy that our car is clean again.The staff are all nice and approachable. I am definitely going back again ☺️**I am giving a 4-star review to this because I was advised that the floor mats should be dry and not wet**

Service has changed. Employees treat you like you’re going to steal their vacuum time with out washing your car. Prices are the same, but they have removed services to their prices. For example no more hand drying. After wash, your car is still dirty Overall, workers are not friendly. And they don’t know what they’re doing half the time.

I just left the car wash, I paid 90 dollars, but it came out sad, you can see stains on the chairs and in general, the windshield was dirty as well as the edges of the windows.

The $20 wash is the one that I take everytime and the car always comes out shiny and sparkling. It also provides one more free wash. Love their service.

If I could give 0 I would do it, my mirror was broken inside of the car wash, while going through, but these people so rude, they act very aggressive and rude, no one wants to help, instead they are blaming me in a very rude, bad manner. They immediately canceled my membership because do not want here any complaints
