Terrible customer service! We recently had hardwood floors installed by Les Couvre-planchers Clément Floor Coverings. We complained that several of the planks were clearly defective and were told it is their position that the condition of the floor planks fall within their standards of production and as such they do not consider this a change cost within their purview." They want us to pay an extra $1600 to replace. I will never do business with this company again."

My husband went in to see what they had he found the person that waited on him very knowledgeable and very efficient she is a very responsible lady anyway my husband made his decision and ordered our rug ,we are planning on going back and buy the other carpet to finish our Reno, he found it a great place to buy what ever you need and prices are also very very good.They also make sure that all their customer are kept safe from the Corona virus they make sure that the place is not crowded they respect their customers and the customers respect them also.Thank you so much for your service.
