Parking Indigo Hamilton - 32 James St S

I had a bad experience here today for two reasons:1. the parking attendant on the telecom was incredibly rude (Feb 28th, 2022 at approx. 11:58am)2. the cost is determined by a machine instead of a personThis was my first time using this parking lot. I pulled my car towards the exit after 31 minutes of use. I tried putting my ticket in and was confused that it said $6.00 since I was literally 1 minute past 30 and it's $3.00 every 30 minutes. I thought it would be $3.00 or adjusted accordingly. That was wrong. Then the cost disappeared and so I thought I needed to scan it again, so I tried scanning the ticket multiple times and no price was coming up. The employee on the intercom randomly shouts at me to STOP INSERTING THE TICKET IN AND OUT YOU HAVE TO DO THIS
