Handmade Burgers!
Such a disappointing meal. The burgers and fries felt as if they were left over and microwaved from a day or two ago. We were shocked. The burger patties themselves were not smashed" or homemade and reminded us of the cheap frozen burgers from the store

Handmade Burgers!
Much of the same as I read the reviews before mine. Smash burger with fries looked great from the menu but when I got it, it's definitely frozen burgers from the grocery store and had very little toppings contrary to the advertising. And how dare you call that a smash burger!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Guess we're doing McDonald's later... always check Google reviews before trying something new, kids...

The worst restaurant I have ever seen , I ordered to sandwich of burger it takes more than 2 hours to got it, and the test so bad , and this happened many times , I wish some one close this joke what call a restaurant

Handmade Burgers!
It’s shocking how quickly a restaurant’s standards can deteriorate. First time ordering was great. Second time was appalling! The chicken sandwich was more batter than meat. Tasted stale and soggy. Didn’t even bother to close the fries container because it required some “work”. Their days are numbered.. no wonder they don’t have a store front. Only reason I went for them is because of the halal label.. not sure if it’s true either now..

Handmade Burgers!
I’ve ordered it though DoorDash, and luckily I didn’t check their reviews. Not sure what’s wrong with this other people comparing their burgers with McDonald’s, not even a chance to make this comparative. What I’ve got is a very tasty and thick burger, not much toppings but I understand that it is their burger style. Not mentioned the fries, because that won’t be fair to complain about it, it doesn’t have the same freshness when you order delivery, and you are 20 min away:/. Keep the good job guys. We will reorder it soon. Cheers!

Handmade Burgers!
It is truely impressive how bad this burger was. Firstly it is not a smash patty! I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years and this burger was a frozen patty. It was dressed with a slice of tomato that looked like it was taken out of the garbage or swept up off the floor. I cant tell if the tomato looks better or worse then the grizzled lettuce it was on top of! The patty was borderline cremated, there was no cheese as described.This is my first time to review a food establishment, it was so bad I felt I had to share. Not a lot of reviews, they're obviously new. They wont be around long.

Handmade Burgers!
I’ve order multiple times from this location and I have had no bad experiences. Everyone writing bad reviews is pressed about the “smash patties”.. but you are getting exactly what you paid for, if not more. The food is always hot and tastes great. The portions are a good size imo, and I always find myself craving the zinger burger. I’m honestly not sure how people can compare them to McDonald’s, or any other fast food chain.What fast food chain writes personalized notes for each order?None.

Handmade Burgers!
We ordered last night, was close to an hour wait which usually would be fine... except our burgers were clearly frozen patties tossed on a grill, not handmade at all. Fries were cold and soggy. We should have just driven to Zehrs and back and got a box of their patties which taste the same. Damn us being lazy and wanting to support local. Lesson learned. If you are looking for a handmade burger, this is not the place to eat.

Handmade Burgers!
Used to be a half decent spot, but nowadays the standards are just awful. The food is adequate at best, but that's even if they will serve you. I've been told flat out that, at a burger place, they cannot serve the hamburgers, leaving only the chicken burger as an option.
