Had a leak but not an emergency as the problem was isolated. 30 min job but happy to pay the min charge, Its a rental and they were told we had people coming but would be no problem as it was a minor fix and they would not be in the way. They said they would call back to discuss. Well.I had to call them to be told they we too busy. Told me I should find someone else. I will.
