When calling about my bin being left in the middle of my driveway,after I had asked the man to move it so I could get into my driei was transfered to dispatch for my area way. The woman in dispatch was rude and more concerned that I swore at the man than she was that he ignored my asking him to move it because I couldn't get in! So I had to get out of my car and move it myself with traffic backing up behind me!

I had decided to rake the leaves in my front yard, and by the end of it I had 25 bags filled. I spent 20 minutes putting them on the road for curbside pickup this morning. I had called Fero just to confirm they could indeed pickup that Many bags, only to be told the max is 8-10. Understanding, and ready to bring the remainder bags back to the house, I was pleasantly surprised to see when I got home that Fero did indeed take all the bags. Thank you Fero, I really appreciate it.

They came toke all garbage but my garbage can and left garbage in it called you get person they transfer to someone who never picks up.

I understand that the refluxing business has to be done the right way. However, customer service and professionalism is seriously lacking. Lori in the Saint John branch did not want to assist me in clarifying basic information about recycling. I was seeking clarification because my reclycing had been wrongly boxed.I asked 3 times and Lori would talk over me and refer me to the website.I told her that I had read the website, and the app but I was still seeking clarification. Lori finally did give me the information but it was very apparent that I was annoying her.Just shocking.
