I was in need of an obscure part for my 2010 Dodge Journey. They not only had the part. They gave me an AMAZING price on the part. Let’s just say 1/3 of the price of another junkyard in Windsor. People there are friendly and helpful. Take a little ride and give them your business. You won’t be disappointed.

I live in Windsor, so I had my mother pick up a part for me on her way through to visit me. She specifically asked the woman at the counter if it was refundable (which I told her to ask because there was a chance that I wouldn't need the part). She said it was refundable if there were ANY problems". Long story short

Very few times I have called for parts and came up empty handed at Tilbury auto. Staff is very quick to remove parts and return phone call when your hunting for parts. They were even quick to come out and retrieve a 96 Trans am. It was in a tight spot and was sitting on the frame but the driver had some awesome skills staying of my grass and picking a car that didn't roll. Very impressed. All around great service
