I have been going to Prime Salon for over a year now for hair cut, styling, eyebrows, and root coloring. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They finish your work without making you wait or wasting your time. Their suggestions are what is best for your hair and not for the sake of sales. I mainly get my service from Razieh and Nooshin, they are both experts in their jobs! Finding a salon in Richmond Hill area that offers excellent service and affordable price hasn't been easy but not giving up and trying Prime Salon was definitely worth it!

Beautiful hair salon with talented staff. I showed them a picture of what I had in mind. They even showed me how to style it. Great haircut, value and overall experience.

I was going to rate them good. As they did my bridal hair and make up. But when I went there again for a highlight, I was not satisfied at all, the color was way lighter than what I asked for and showed to them. Then they convinced me to have my hair straighten to show the highlight and then they charged me extra for that. I just have a feeling that every time I have to be super cautious.
