Had V interior and exterior cleaned on my Honda Civic and they did an amazing job. It was spotless and looked brand new.

Called and booked an appointment in advance. Went in and I think Omar forgot about the appointment, but still took me in without a problem. Omar was a nice, friendly guy. I purchased my Groupon on an additional 20% day and Omar told me that he didn't want to rip me off and therefore the tax I had to pay would be less due to purchasing the Groupon on a promo. He didn't have to mention that, but was honest with me, which I respected. I purchased the gold package and the whole process took 2 and a half hours. Was it the best detailing job I've had done? No. There were a lot of uncleaned areas in my car (that were not hard to reach at all), and my rims were still dirty. It was a bit disappointing.

Worst service ever. This was after the platinum package. Omar finished it in just 90 Minutes with a lot of dirt on the body. He was not honest in his explanations. Although I planned to make a deal with him to refer to him a big number of our group.Updating my reply to Omar who attacked the Groupon customers. I paid 135 +18 Taxes for a platinum service which didn't inculd keeping the dirt on. It's clear on the photos man it's not a rust . I showed you the dirt on the body of the car myself which was easly removed by hand. Any ways I paid less for detailing last year with a different Groupon provider in Brampton for much much better service.Update.Funny that you deleted your previous bad comments about Groupon customers.I already did spoke to Omar about the bad shape of my car after his service and showed him the dirty part and he did nothing.

Omar did a fantastic job on my 2013 Passat the interior looks new not seven years old. I use my car daily so although I try and keep in semi clean after a long winter it needed a lot of help. Omar did a good job of keeping me informed during the 2.5 hours for the Platinum service of what he was doing. He also returned a $5 note he found under the seat. I will definitely be using his services again. He has just relocated to the Erin Mills Auto mall from Burlington but the extra drive from Hamilton was worth it.Matt M.

First time getting my car detail and I must say I am very impressed. My car looks brand new and smells amazing! The service was excellent and the staff is very friendly.

Omar was very helpful and kept in constant communication with me. The car looks great and is sparkling like new! Will be bringing our other car to him next week to get the same awesome job done :)
