Inventory isnt up to date so we headed there for nothing. Staff dont care about customer, was looking for an axe last time and had to stop someone in another dept. Wasnt very happy and told me its not 'his' dept... which i didnt care i just want an axe ... it show you have into your inventory... but you can hardly find it cause you fail to setup inventory correctly. Too expensive, i paid double price an item vs walmarde

I'm from the states and speak very little French. My family and I were on a road trip and brakes started making a terrible screeching noise. Super friendly staff with 2 interpreters on-staff. They were able to get my vehicle in right away for an inspection and actually showed me what was wrong (nothing left on the brake pads!) They were able to get it in right away and completed a full rear brake job (new rotors and pads) in less than 2 hours. Thanks to all the staff! Got home safe and sound.

The price clearly on the aile in front of item was wrong the store did Not honor the price stating the real price fell off! How is the customer supposed to know that ! For a buck fifty,you think a company as big as Canadian tire would graciously give customer satisfaction! But customer service or satisfaction is over, no one gives a darn anymore!
