The receptionists here are so incredibly awful, rude, and unprofessional. I've had decent experiences with the doctors and nurses, but it's not worth sticking with this clinic because of how the receptionists will treat you. I genuinely do not understand how so many people can complain about the conduct of these workers, yet nothing is ever done about it.

My husband and I have been coming here for about a year and I am extremely impressed by the care and the service provided by the whole team. We are fortunate to have Dr. Kelly Silver as our physician. She is consistently professional, responsive and attentive to our needs.

Been with the group for 30+ years and experienced good care. Waits were longer when the practice was at Finchgate. Usually appointments are quite prompt in the past 5 years.Without knowing the case load it's hard to judge if service is bad as the 1 star reviews state. The new urgent appointment process makes sense to check how serious an issue is before coming but still liked the previous Walk In Clinic better.

Not possible to give zero stars, unfortunately, for the receptionists who work in this office. They are so rude and disorganized. Very abrupt on the phone, cut you off mid-sentence, have lost" prescriptions or faxes from the pharmacy for prescription refills countless times

I give Ana S. 5 stars! She is a new receptionist at Brameast, a breath of fresh air with a human touch! I hope, as many of us patients & caregivers do, that she will continue leading by her fine example of politeness, courteous & heartfelt care and that her good example will be recognized, praised & an inspiration to others.

My family has always found the Bram East Doctors excellent and professional. They always try their best to be supportive and accommodating. The nurses in the back are also, always so friendly and caring. Unfortunately, the office staff at the front desk are disappointing. They tend to be rude and uncaring. They talk to the patients like customers, not as people.

Terrible doctors, terrible support staff. Don't bother going here if you have anything urgent you need done. DR. Lobo missed the fact that I had cancer and a secondary walk in physician was the one who caught it. The cancer was stage 3 and had almost worked its way into my heart and lungs by the time a doctor OUTSIDE of the practice caught it. Doctors on staff will shoo you away without genuinely listening to your concerns. Support staff is incredibly rude over the phone and will give you attitude constantly. If you require a prescription refilled over the phone the doctor will charge you 15$ to address the request same day and will generally only provide 1 refill. Do not go here if you value your health.

Followed my doctor to this clinic, Dr Joanna is great, but the receptionists are very rude and do not have the patience best interest in mind. Starting to regret the decision to follow my doctor even as good as she is. Would recommend finding a different clinic.

I’ve been going here for a long time to see my family doctor. My experience with all the doctors and the nurses has been great. Giving 3 stars because the receptionists are very rude, give me wrong instructions, and are never willing to help with prescription transfers or refill requests. Often times my pharmacy asks why I’m calling on behalf of the doctors office… Other than that, great experience, always on time, clean office, and nice waiting room.
