Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about a health issue with my dog and getting the right product. The lady took her time explaining, researching and helping me figure out the best route to go. Everyone who came in seemed to have a lot of questions and both staff were willing to take the time to help. Great service

They are kind, friendly and helpful but,I have gone twice now where they have closed the store earlier than there posted closing time. I wasn't bothered by it the first time because things happen. It you say you close at 7:00 and advertise that time then just follow through with it.

Very nice and knowledgeful staff. We're provided with useful tips on what to buy based on puppies nutritional recommendations. In addition, the rep went the extra mile and gave us recommendations on pets travel luggage and where to find them (did not have the right size at the time in store, for our price range). Highly recommended store for any pet enthusiasts and new owners as they're experts with good interests.

The staff at the Bowmanville store provided me with excellent service, advice & training on technique & use of the right collar to use with my 6 month puppy. It was fitted on my dog and was told to bring him in for refitting if/as needed any time. We can now both enjoy a much calmer walk! Thank you so much its been a game changer!!!

It was a friendly greeting that had me impressed at the start of my visit to this local store. But it will be the excellent customer service from Kathy that will keep me coming back for more treats for my dog. Kathy answered all my questions, and made great suggestions for my girl, and even exchanged something I just bought by accident. I highly recommend trading in your old pet food store and giving this local gem a try.
