I ordered a Gloss Meter last year in April and the lead time was excessive so I cancelled the order. It took almost 6 months to get the credit issued back to the company card after too many phone calls to ever count were made. When they finally did that they issued it back to a wrong card. I was told they would contact their bank and the bank would attempt to get the money back to that card holder. That never happened. I was told they would send a check which also has never happened. They will not return a phone call no matter how many times we have called.Find you Gloss Meter elsewhere. Also reporting them to BBB if possible.Update: I didn't realize this was using my personal gmail account on the review.The company name is Steelville Mfg. Yes, all things listed in the review areTRUE. Ask Janice or Tina. They know the story and have talked to me several times. Our accounting department has also called. Since I couldn'tget a response I saw that I could leave a review and again didn't see that it was coming from my personal gmail account.
