SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT ELSEWHERE!If you want unnecessary drama and nuisance in your life then move in here.The maintenance staff is lazy, pathetic and non professional. They dont care about fixing the problems.Water is shut off on a nearly weekly basis for a full day or more each time and mostly without any notice.Constant utilities interruption which you have to pay for.You can't even finish a shower before the water gets cold.Whenever you put request for work, they put it in garbage bin and pass ridiculous comment.The kitchen sinks smell like sewageTemperature regulation isn’t a thing in the building.Laundry with washing machine are old and dirty, often with pet hair and you're nauseous to wash your clothes there.I don’t do laundry at the building anymore. A huge inconvenienceThe building is often broken into by homeless people you will often find them in hallway or stairs during night time.This is the most depressing building to live in because of the maintenance in units that doesnt get done,brown hot water, and lack of safety. It has completely affected our livelihoods living here.We currently pay good money to live in a place that is extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I really do regret moving here. Don't make the same mistake that we have. Home should be a place of relaxation and comfort not this! I can't speak for other homestead apartments but 95 Cambridge St Cambridge Ontario is not a place you will want to call home.This is my way of hopefully helping others from making the same mistake.

The building has lots of amenities and is pet friendly. Very comfortable and quiet. Everyone is kind it’s a great place to live
