Staff both in person and over the phone at this location and their online customer service have been very helpful and polite. I have been a Telus customer for 5+ years now and have no intention of changing to another provider in the foreseeable future as Telus has been able to far exceed my needs and expectations.

Friendly staff and very helpful. One I was not in a good mood. Since the staff wasn't busy and they were joking around which put me in a better mood. Once a couple customers arrived it was back to business.To the person who thought the price was to high. SaskTel was going to charge me more for the plan I'm on now. They how did they put it mislead" me a few times."
